Shipping costs for any order within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia are free for our customers. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. Moreover, there is no minimum order requirement.

Order shipment

Did you find the perfect look on our site? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

The average delivery times for all our packages are as follows:

- After placing the order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process it. On weekdays, this is one business day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

- Once processed, the order is shipped and delivery takes on average 4-6 working days.

Once the order is placed, you will be able to see when your package will arrive after a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code via email, with which you can track your order through our tracking partner. You can see how it works on our Track & Trace page.

Returns are possible within 14 days:

• The products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
• The packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
• The items to be returned must not show signs of use.

Note well. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always ensure that the package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returns by mail without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inform you via email that the return has been received. Within a few days of processing the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
