Right of withdrawal
Returns are possible within 14 days:
- The products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The items to be returned must not show signs of use.
Note well. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always ensure that the package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returns by mail without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
"As soon as we receive your return, we will inform you via email that the return has been received. Within a few days of processing the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account."
Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order only within 4 hours of shipping. After 4 hours, orders are processed and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Note: in the case of returned, refused, or abandoned orders, a restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
Customers wishing to return items must first send them to the central warehouse for inspection, following the return instructions provided by the company when they were contacted. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, such as shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes, which are non-refundable. Items that arrive late due to unpaid fees or held up in customs cannot be refunded and will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method, if necessary, after inspection at the central warehouse.
